Kaity is a registered psychologist who completed her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Bond University. Kaity works with all ages across the lifespan for therapy and psychological assessment, and particularly enjoys working with children, adolescents, families, and young adults. She has a warm, gentle, and non-judgemental approach. You will be listened to fully with compassion and understanding to help build insight into yourself, your patterns of behaviour and thinking, and utilise strategies to better meet your ideal self. If you are seeking therapy for a child, you can expect to be a part of the process and for all parties to be heard.
Evidence-based interventions guide the skills and strategies implemented by Kaity, which will be based on your needs and preferences. Kaity utilises Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT for children and adolescents, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Intervention, and Applied Behaviour Analysis Therapy.
